Madison Bodley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut. In 2020, she received a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis. In 2024, she received a master’s degree from the University of Saint Joseph in Social Work. Throughout her career, she has worked as a classroom behavior specialist, mobile crisis clinician, and in the criminal justice system. She has been the owner of Frontline Wellness LLC since 2025.

As the spouse of a first responder and direct experience in a municipal police department, Madison recognizes the unique challenges associated with the demanding career. First responders, active military, and veterans often struggle to balance work related stressors while attempting to remain connected to those closest to them. I recognize the courage that it takes to make the first step in strengthening your mental health. Through EMDR or traditional talk therapy, we can promote positive change while acknowledging the demands and sacrifices of the job.

Madison has completed the Practical Aspects of Peer Support and Officer Wellness training.
